Privacy Policy

Last updated · May 19, 2026

This policy explains, in plain language, how ORDER.LY handles information in connection with this website, orderlyhealth.org ("the site"). If anything here is unclear, email us at info@orderlyhealth.org.

Product status

ORDER.LY is an early-stage company, and the ORDER.LY product is currently a proof of concept. It is not a finished clinical product, it does not process real patient data or protected health information (PHI), and it is not currently a HIPAA-compliant or HMO-certified system. The interactive demo on this site runs entirely on synthetic, non-real data. Nothing on this site collects, stores, or transmits PHI.

What this policy covers

This policy covers the public marketing website only — the pages served at orderlyhealth.org. It does not cover any future clinical product, pilot, or deployment, each of which will be governed by its own separate agreements and privacy terms.

Information we collect

The site does not run analytics and does not set cookies. The only information we collect comes from a form you choose to fill in:

  • Deck-request form. If you submit the "Request the deck" form, you give us your name, work email, organization, and role. You provide this voluntarily so we can send you our materials and follow up.

We do not collect protected health information through this site, and the form is not intended for it.

Who we share information with

We rely on a couple of third-party providers ("processors") to run the site. Each receives only what it needs:

  • Web3Forms — relays deck-request submissions to our inbox; your form details pass through it to reach us.
  • Amazon Web Services — hosts the site. As with any web host, its servers process technical request data such as IP addresses in standard access logs.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone else for their own marketing.

Legal basis and your choices

Where the EU/UK GDPR applies, our basis for handling deck-request submissions is taking steps at your request before any potential engagement. You are never required to fill in the form to use the site.

Data retention

Deck-request submissions are kept as long as needed to follow up with you and to maintain reasonable business records, and are removed on request.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, to object to or restrict its processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email info@orderlyhealth.org and we will respond within a reasonable period.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site or our practices change. The "last updated" date above always reflects the current version; we will make material changes clear on this page.
